Paper details:

Module 3 Introduction Public health practitioners refer to the goals, objectives, and activities of a public health program or intervention as a work plan. (Sometimes the personnel responsible for each activity are included too.) Although nuances of work plans vary by industry, they are a fairly ubiquitous tool. Many different types of business, organizations, and individuals use work plans as they work toward long-term goals. In fact, you’ve probably used a work plan before too.. Discussion Please join us here in our first discussion as we begin our exploration of using a work plan. The American Heart Association (AHA) is a national organization dedicated to building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. The AHA asks you to help them with their next national campaign to encourage physical activity – specifically walking – among adults with high blood pressure. Their goal is to increase the average number of minutes per week spent walking among adults with high blood pressure. They want to implement activities that will align community and public policy factors to support physical activity. Describe at least one activity that you think will help the AHA achieve its goal. Identify at least one potential barrier to implementing that activity and describe how you will overcome it. (You can be creative, and don’t worry about cost.)
