Construct a comprehensive research paper on the Compensation and Benefit Systems implemented at a local company. The paper will follow APA guidelines, be in Word format, at least five pages of discussion in length, double-spaced, and it should also include a cover page and a Reference page with at least five sources. There should also be AT LEAST FIVE parenthetical internal citations within the text of your paper (this means you must have quotes, statistics, etc backed up with a source from the References page). Concentrate the paper on the Compensation and Benefit Systems implemented at a major company in the United States.

Research Questions (Use these)

 

  • What type of pension or retirement plan is there? How much does the company contribute?
  • Are there any family-friendly benefits, such as childcare reimbursement or back-up childcare?
  • How much vacation time, sick time, company-designated and floating holidays are provided? When do these benefits start accruing?
  • Do I get paid by my company while on maternityleave? Am I entitled to benefits when on maternity leave?
  •  What insurance coverages do you offer? Can Ireview a summary of the health insurance plan options?
